Breach Open Garden
The garden is set in 3 acres with majestic trees under planted in some areas with rhodendrons, camellias and hydrangeas. A rose garden and pond near the house give pleasure for many moths of the year. There are natural springs and the bog garden with its pond has been extended and newly planted during 2018/2019. There is an extensive collection of mature shrubs (some unusual) with new varieties added in recent years and many specimen trees. Additional planting is selected with bees, butterflies etc. in mind and it is hoped that wild orchids can be encouraged t re-colonise an old tennis court. Shrubberies, herbaceous borders, a small vegetable garden and orchard, and several wild areas complete the picture.
