A 12 week course aimed at those who are new to Tai Chi and wish to enjoy the health and relaxation benefits. The course will cover Tai Chi Form alongside Health Qigong to focus on improving health and aiding relaxation. Suitable for all ages from 16 upwards, this course can also serve as an excellent foundation for those who wish to go on to study Tai Chi and Qigong further.
