Come and enjoy a taster day with me, Jasmine Flemming, where I will introduce you to something I feel passionate about.
Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW), offers an evidence based approach using embodied mindfulness to support gentle exercise, mental wellbeing and health related goal setting. The sequence benefits everyone, at all ages and stages and can be practised sitting or standing. It is simple to learn and the whole sequence can be completed in as little as ten minutes.
