Come and try Tai Chi
Tai Chi has positive effects on posture, balance, concentration and quality of life reducing stress and tension. As a gentle ‘soft’ form of exercise it is suitable for anyone regardless of age or fitness with great benefits for physical and mental health. These are weekly classes and cost £5 for non-members of The Hub.
Dates: 14th/21st/28th Feb, 6th/13th/20th/27th March, 3rd/17th/24th April.
Wear loose comfortable clothes and soft shoes.
