Natural Path to Radiant
Hatha yoga follows the Ashtanga (eigthfold path, written by Pantanjal, some 200BC. We look at the physical, mental, emotional. and energy (prana) body, bringing Mind & Body into balance and harmony.
I use relaxation, breathing techniques, Asanas, Meditation and visualisation/readings in all of my classes in a small, quiet and comfortable private studio in Newton Poppleford. I also teach in a light, airy and private studio in Sidford and at the Health & Well-Being centre at Budleigh Salterton.
Yoga can help with many problems, incl. back, shoulder problems, breathing problems, mental and emotional states such as depression, anxiety, insomnia.
Yoga classes provide an opportunity to socialise with other like-minded people and at Sidford, in the Salty Monk you can have tea/coffee after the class, which many students enjoy.
The classes are open to all levels, age and gender.
